Saber Power Services said it has acquired Bounds Construction II LLC, expanding its capabilities in electrical infrastructure construction and services.
Bounds Construction specializes in substation, transmission and distribution construction, serving utilities and energy infrastructure developers across the United States.
Saber said the acquisition strengthens its ability to provide integrated services across engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance for power and energy infrastructure projects.
The combined platform is expected to enhance the company’s ability to support grid modernization, renewable energy integration and expanding electricity demand across U.S. power markets.
Bounds Construction will continue operating within Saber Power’s platform following the transaction.
