Hawkins Lease Service has acquired Knock Out Energy LLC to expand its oilfield services footprint in the Permian Basin.
Knock Out Energy provides oilfield services supporting drilling and production operations in the region. The acquisition adds equipment, personnel and operational capacity to Hawkins’ existing service platform.
Hawkins said the transaction strengthens its ability to support operators across the Permian Basin, one of the most active oil and gas regions in North America.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
