Deal Description

Crescent Energy completed its acquisition of Ridgemar Energy's Eagle Ford operating assets for approximately $905 million in cash and stock in January 2025. The deal added 20,000 boe/d of production and 130 high-quality drilling locations in Central Eagle Ford.

The transaction extended Crescent's Eagle Ford position in Frio, Atascosa, and McMullen counties, Texas, building on the prior SilverBow combination.
