The purchase further strengthen SPATCO's environmental services platform by expanding capabilities in compliance, testing, tank maintenance, and fuel system reliability, particularly across the growing Florida market.
SPATCO provides turnkey infrastructure services solutions to the fueling, environmental and EV charging market segments.
