Following the transaction, Desjardins owns 37.5%, EDF Renewables Canada retains 37.5%, and the Blood Tribe holds the remaining 25% stake. The projects became operational in 2022 and 2023, supporting Alberta's energy transition as part of the province's Renewable Electricity Program.
