Muehlhan Wind Service (HAMBURG, Germany), a Hamburg-headquartered global provider of wind turbine installation and maintenance services, has signed an agreement to acquire Spain-based Coverwind Solutions and its affiliated companies, Coversun Solutions and Coverrenewable.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Coverwind has built a specialist position across Southern Europe in wind turbine service and maintenance, decommissioning activities and flexible operational support. The company is particularly active in France and Spain, where it has developed long-standing customer relationships across both onshore and offshore wind markets.
The acquisition adds Coverwind's regional workforce and project execution capabilities to MWS's existing pan-European platform, which already holds established positions in Central Europe, the Nordics and the United Kingdom. MWS also acquired Portuguese wind services firm Endiprev earlier in 2026, making Coverwind the second bolt-on in its Southern European build-out within the same year.

Closing of the transaction is expected before the end of June 2026.
