Ardian has completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in ICQ Holding, a renewable energy platform in southern Italy with 198 MW of capacity comprising wind farms, hydroelectric projects, and biogas plants. The deal consolidates Ardian's ownership of the strategic asset and strengthens its global renewable energy platform managed through its Clean Energy Evergreen Fund. Following the acquisition, ICQ Holding will be integrated with Ardian's OPTA asset management platform, which now tracks more than 2.5GW of renewable assets worldwide.
