Ecopetrol concluded negotiations with Grenergy Renovables to potentially acquire seven companies holding solar photovoltaic projects in Colombia with a combined capacity of up to 88.2 MW.
The projects are located in Córdoba, Cesar, Magdalena and Sucre, and the transaction remains subject to conditions precedent and legal requirements.
