Stonepeak agreed to acquire a 43.8% stake in Repsol's 629-MW Outpost solar project in Texas for $252.5 million (€220 million).
The transaction values the asset at about $775 million and supports Repsol's strategy to rotate renewable assets and bring in strategic partners in the U.S. market.
