Sylmar Group, a provider of industrial water and wastewater treatment, has acquired Tower Water, the premier water treatment services provider in New York City.
Tower Water will join Sylmar's Water Treatment family of companies, which includes EAI Water, Clearwater Industries, R2J Chemical Services, Eastern Technologies, Butler Chemical, and ProChem Water.
The acquisition strengthens Sylmar's position as a water treatment platform in the Northeast region.
